Single screw extruders especially used of polyolefin material possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
The detachment type mixing screw and the standard die with the spiral structure &unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope  Φ50~200mm, producing speed is up to 0.6~4.5m/min.
This series line is suitable for co-extruding all polyolefin material, extrude multi-layers spiral reinforcing pipe with different raw material with different specification and using. The rate of recycled material can be up to 80%.
Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, at entrance of which, the pre-cooling device and strong vacuum device are equipped.
Special design spray cooling flume, the body of which is made of stainless steel.
High efficiency water pump and special designed flume can make a high efficiency cooling result.
The flume can be moved in longitudinal line by motor, also can be moved in vertical line by manual.
